Readings

Do I need my exact birth time?

It helps, because the time sets the houses and angles. If you don’t know it, say so on the booking form: we can work with what you have, and some readings don’t need it at all.

How are readings held?

Online by video call. You’ll get a link when your booking is confirmed, and a recording afterwards if you’d like one.

Can I give a reading as a gift?

Yes. Book with your own details and mention the gift in the notes; I’ll be in touch to arrange it with the recipient.

Classes

How do I sign in?

Enter your email on the sign-in page and I’ll email you a link. There’s no password to remember.

How long do I have access?

As long as the class is offered. See the terms of sale.

Orders

When will my order arrive?

Most orders leave within 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. See Shipping and returns.

I lost my download link.

Your receipt email has a link to your downloads. If it has expired, write to me through the contact page with your order email.

Which licence do I need?

Desktop for print and image work, Desktop + Web to use the font on your website too, Studio for a team. The typeface licence covers the details, and I’m happy to advise.
